10.	Scope the compression-related aspects of Avatar Representation Formats based of of EE-1, and propose a transition plan of these efforts to WG07 to be completed at MPEG#151.
11.	Solicit contributions on future work topics for scene description, including scope, timeline and interest based on procedures in WG03_N1495.
